Please note By Oriana Collection does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Oriana Collection will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will By Oriana Collection accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges.
By Oriana Collection is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are more than sure that you will love everything but if there is an "oops, it happens" here is what you can do:
Please contact us, send all the details with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
You may return your eligible item only within 20 days from the date you received it. Customers must return their items at their own expense (shipping cost).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with tags on.
Several products are exempt from being returned including waist trainers and final sale items.
By Oriana Collection will only accept returns that meet the following conditions:
-Products with manufacturing defects that make it impossible to use.
-The product or item received is totally different from what was ordered.
-The size shipped out is not the same as the size placed in the order.
-Your item is damaged upon receipt.
-The product does not meet customer expectations.
-The selected size does not fit the customer's body measurements.
-The customer did not like the product.
Please remember Items must be new, never worn, with tags on and in the original package to be eligible. No exceptions will be made. This is very important to us. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 20 days from the delivery date will NOT be eligible for a refund.
How can I get a refund for my product?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, that is why we want to make this not so cool process easy. We process refunds only for valid claims, so it is VERY IMPORTANT to report any missing, damaged, or 'item not as described" in time (you have 20 days after you received your package) and we will be more than happy to process a valid refund claim. If you’d like, we can ship a new product or replace it with another item of the same value.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
