Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Our standard shipping time frame is 3-5 business days for both, domestic and international orders. For international orders, we partner with DHL to provide a safer and faster delivery experience. For deliveries to Venezuela and Panama, we offer a flat shipping rate of $20.

Under no circumstances will By Oriana Collection accept returns or provide refunds for orders that are rejected due to the refusal of customs charges or any other related issues. It is important to review your country’s customs policies and regulations before placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
